As Predicted: CNN Stuffs & Spins Coal-gate Away

Not claiming any special predictive powers here. You need only have a moderate sense of fairness to understand that based on their corrupt track record the corrupt media would corruptly spin or ignore Obama’s explosive comments about bankrupting the coaling industry.

A firm yuppers on this one via Newsbusters

In reporting the speech by Gov. Sarah Palin in Ohio today, CNN’s Political Ticker tried to spin her question about Obama’s coal comment as old news when it clearly isn’t. Palin asked why we are just now finding out about the interview where Barack Obama said he had hoped to bankrupt the coal industry but CNN termed this interview and Obama’s startling admission as “months-old coal comments” in an attempt to soften the blow to Ohio and Pennsylvania voters. The Political Ticker said that since the San Francisco Chronicle had these comments on its website for nine months, the news of Obama’s quote was no big deal.

Well, gee, they bought Palin’s clothes MONTHS ago. Wasn’t that old news?

Palin turned in her travel expenses months ago, wasn’t that old news?

Cindy McCain kicked her drug problem years ago, wasn’t that old news.

Joe the Plumber’s tax liens are from last year, wasn’t that old news?

WASN’T GEORGE W. BUSH’S DUI TWENTY YEARS OLD?

How can something that hasn’t been widely reported — that the candidate has never been asked about — be old news?

The media’s selling of their souls to drag this guy over the finish continues…

Gah, thanks to Daylight Savings this day is dragging on and on…
I really don’t give a damn what CNN does. I am just praying to God that the McCain camp has more than just robo calls planned for this.
Either way, keep the fight up. Went out to Spokane yesterday with my Mom and we worked the phones for about two and a half hours…we’re not good at it. Still, feel it’s the least I can do. Gonna call family out in Nevada tomorrow and do whatever I have to short of flat out lying to convince them to vote for Mac. They’re probably in the tank for Obambi though.

    Old.

Spelled by the media as ‘let-them-eat-cake’.

Or, in the case of the baby who survived late term abortion - ‘dead’.

“if Obama doesn’t win, Memphis goes up in flames” Blood will run in the streets. A cataclysm will occur.

Does anybody but me think it’s weird all of these atheists are suddenly spouting biblical warnings?

Well, I guess I’ll Fed Ex some frogs to Jane Fonda. (Of course, I’d rather Fed Ex a plague of boils but I don’t know how to squish that into one of their boxes.)

Victor Davis Hanson said this is the year the media died. They in effect committed suicide for this wannabe messiah. Screw the lot of them. This is the apocalypse - but for the MSM.

Once again, it falls to New Media to shoulder the burden of getting the news out. I was channel-surfing the AM radio this eve to find a conservative talk show and happened upon the Bill Cunningham Show (never heard of it before) out of Ohio on Sundays. He was playing the Obama coal tape and pounding away at it. He said his show was carried by affiliates in major swing states (PA and VA). Hannity also discussed it. Tomorrow expect all of the talkers to hit this hard. My local ABC TV station never mentioned it. Man, is this frustrating!

I say, bring it on, let them burn baby burn… this is what the leftist have sowed for over 50 years, let them reap with whirlwind. There will be no civil war, riots are not war, just civil disobeidence. The US Marines, US ARMY and National Guard can take care of pissed off liberals who can’t get their way…. then we will be there watching the back of our Troops.

If this was going to be Biblical then nothing and no one who is a non believer will be left alive. THis won’t be Biblical or a civil war, the left isn’t organized as the CSA was. Besides, liberals are cowards, they won’t shed their blood for what they believe in, they will rile up a small group of people and it will be over in a few days.

The media is dead and will go down with Obama as well as the Democratic party. To see the future one must look at the past and the past for democratic wins since 68 hasn’t been to much of a winner.

This worries me: Will enough people hear about the coal thing, the auntie thing?

It was only weeks ago that over half of Americans finally understood that Democrats control congress (and that would have been a winning message too).
Anyone who follows politics is by definition not representative.

That is their one trick pony…RACISM…remember those gun loving rednecks in PA?

I’ve turned off the TV including Fox. I have heard all I need to hear now about polls. I never believed them but the unrelenting pounding of magical thinking (”Obama’s gonna win”)
is a waste of my time. My mute button is deteriorating from pushing it everytime an ad comes on. I still think McCain’s going to win in a squeaker, but win or lose, I’m going to do something that needs to be done and that is retaliate the only way I can against the left wing media. I’ve already started. I canceled my local left wing rag. I will boycott all GE products and write GE that’s what I’m doing and tell them why. I will email all my like minded friends asking them to join me in boycott and post it here, as I’m doing and ask you to join me and to email all YOUR like minded friends. One at a time, full focus. GE first. If we succeed in bankrupting GE, we go on to the next target. The media and their supporters must pay a price for what they did (or tried to do) depending on the outcome. If nothing else, they should be targeted for what they did to Governor Palin.

    Join me?

PS - once the economy turns around and you won’t lose money IF you have GE stock, SELL IT.

Keep the faith, McCain and Palin have made a major impact with the voters, forget the liberal voters, they are gone, they are the pod people. McCain is going to win and he will win in a bigger margin then what we all imagine. I feel this because it will be a backlash of 8 years of the media, pelosi, liberal mad dogs attacking Bush, America, ruin the economy, Americans are FED UP and this bum thinks he is going to change the world. The media’s main tactic is to discourage all conservatives to stay home, the pundits are wrong, they are always wrong since 1968. They all predicted every Democrat was going to win in every presidential election since 68 and they have picked them wrong every time but two.

We Americans that pay the freight are not going to allow these moochers, extortionist, atheist, abortionist, gay marriage supporters are going to steal the soul of our country. No matter what you see or hear or read tomorrow you just all go to the polls and vote for McCain, every republican running for congress and against all these pro leftist proposition.

Today is the last day and we can win or lose voters today, this is Obama’s last push to break conservatives, turn on Rush and any conservative talk radio if you need a shot of confidence. We will be fine, Palin is on this ticket for a reason. The liberals mad dogs MUST be stopped and stopped tomorrow just like we stopped Kerry in 2004. Kerry was 12 points ahead of Bush then, they all predicted a major win for Kerry. Kerry looks and sounds like a conservative compare to Obama. Kerry never said any of the radical things that Obama has said and he was blown out of the water. All conservatives, Dem, Reps, Indie, women, the military, stock holders, people that lost 20% of their 41k, the a big section of the 18 million that voted for Hillary will vote for McCain because the hate the fact Obama stole Hillary’s chances. We have a lot of positives on our side. I do believe a lot of people who say they are voting for Obama will vote for McCain, a lot of people just don’t want to deal with any debating with fanatic Obama supporters. It is better to go along and when they are alone in that booth they will vote for Mac. How many of these people exist, no one really knows, but i feel they are out there. So, have faith and say a pray to God and lets end this era of abortion and this sickness that liberalism represents.
